Rufus Luttig has a God given passion for the outdoors and the people of South Africa.
His goal is to help sportsmen and women enjoy God’s playground and connect them to the people of South Africa. Because of this passion, Hunters are helping vulnerable children with nutrition, clothing and shelter as well as good education!
Rufus was raised on a ranch in South Africa. His family has been in the country for over 250 years. He was raised hunting the veld, and has been a PH for over 25 years.
Our main concession is located near Grahamstown South Africa and has been in the family for 4 generations. HuntSA is a full service concession. Your guest experience is our focus. You will quickly realize hunting is more of a way of life than a business for Rufus. Rufus runs a very personalized operation. He likes to spend time with every client and will be in the field with you each day.
You will make an instant friend with Rufus, and his goal is that when you leave after your adventure, you will feel like family.

We love to take our clients to local photo safari concessions and also have you take some of your harvest to the children’s home and school that we support. We specialize in helping you see all that South Africa has to offer. We make sure special care is taken so you get only the best trophies from our ranch. HuntSA is located in the malaria free Eastern Cape of South Africa and is home to over 35 species of animals. We have over 40,000 acres available to hunt. Brad Rauch
US Representative
Brad is from Montana and has been an avid hunter and outdoorsman all his life.
He has been working alongside Rufus for over 15 years.
Brad is here for you from start to finish. He will help you with available dates, booking, travel agents and answer any and all your questions from packing to gun permits. Because he is based in the US, he is easy to reach and will also help with all the deposits, payments and invoices. This saves you from expensive foreign transfers and gives peace of mind.
Because he has traveled to South Africa for 14 years, he knows the ins and outs of getting there and back, as well as firsthand knowledge of the ranch and the opportunities in country, not only for hunting, but tourism and humanitarian needs.
He has taken over 13 record book trophies while hunting with Rufus and HuntSA.
